If your artificial plants, trees, or seasonal decorations don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your artificial Christmas trees, outdoor plants, or decorative arrangements perfectly suit your space.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition and packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
• Returned with all original tags and accessories

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items in the original packaging and include:

• Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
• Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
• All original items and accessories

Step 4: Return Shipping

Ship your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection and approval
• Refund Initiation: Immediately after approval
• Funds Availability:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with:

• Visa, MasterCard, or JCB: Refund processed to your card
• PayPal: Refund processed to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different artificial plant, tree, or decorative item:

1. Follow the standard return process above
2. Specify your desired exchange item in the return request
3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
4. Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged items or incorrect artificial botanicals:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
• Return shipping for damaged/incorrect items is always free
